Framework issue

Hi there everyone, im using JA University template, but from time to time i get a anoying error. My home page appears with a format that says "Framework T3" and stays like that until i go on the admin account and clear the cache. This started happen when i tried to upgrade the old framework to the new framework and i ended up staying on the older one for the time behing i cleared all previous instalations but this keeps happening.
Does anyone know why this happends and how to stop it definitly?

Did you checked if you have also old t3 framework system plugin installed ?

Would be better also if you share a super user acount for your backend so we can have a better look at your settings.
