Unable to update Extensions

I paid for a year developers subscription and it still will not let me download my template or extension updates. Any advice please help

Hi,

I can see you have valid Ja Pro subscription. Could you provide more details? what template/extension are you trying to download and under what url?

Ja Content Slider, Ja Face Book Like Module, Ja News Pro, Ja SideNews, Ja Slidshow lite Ja University Template... my Domain is www.grps.org. I'm not even able to click the down load button once I select one or any of the options. The download option stays grade out. Please help... Joshua-M

Thank you mush this helped out a ton. I was able to update them all except JA Slideshow Lite Module for J25 & J3.x. IT gives me an

Error installing module error when I upload the file. All of the other uploaded fine. This is my major concern as my slide show stopped working after a up date the day of my origional error in October.

and I also need the JA News Pro Module for J25 & J3x download as well. Ninja

It can be due permission issue, may be the slideshow folder does not have permission to get update.
You can install JA Extension manager on site and configure it as mentioned here: https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps

if still there is issue, kindly edit fields in first post and submit site login and FTP details.
