I'm not entirely sure of your question here, basically, when you assign template style to a specific language, all the pages which are assigned with this template style will have style in associated language.

3 different themes were used in this site.

The Templates and modules works only in the case of a language assignment, non- but it doesn't work in non-language-assigned themes. How do I solve this problem?
