Hero Video Autoplay not working in Chrome

Using hero 5 with Chrome and the video will not autoplay just frozen with no buttons or way to play. Saw comment on how to fix in Uber but can't locate script to fix it. Urgent please help

Thank you but I doesn't seem to be auto playing. I just noticed I forgot to mention in the ftp info that the root begins in the javanese.coffee folder. Thank you so much

It due to the new autoplay policy of Chrome:

You can check it here:

chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy

Note from chrome:

The new default in Chrome is to prevent autoplay from working in websites. For now, you can workaround this by changing your default settings by visiting this page in Chrome settings: chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy

Then switching your browser autoplay settings from “default” to “no user gesture is required.”
