In case you purchased at Gavick prior to October 2017, you can get explanations at : https://www.joomlart.com/joomlart-gavick . Note that all user accounts were terminated by Gavick before handing over operations to JoomlArt.
You can provide us screenshot of your old Gavick purchase receipt, we will restore access (if you had Lifetime membership) accordingly.
