Footer : how to add location design ?

hi ! what is the procedure for add a location design like in demo ?

They are 3 custom modules added in Footer -1 - 2 - 3 position

I added them on your website - i temporary disabled your default editor from global configuration , it is always better to disable it first to create custom modules so html code inside will be not stripped from default editor.
