CSS class on extrafield items

Hi there
I've been using the Styleware filter extension for K2 for some time but needed to replace this as the developers appear to have ceased updating it, so I've downloaded your K2 filter extension which I've successfully installed and managed to get it working after a few teething problems.
My only problem is that I need to set a unique style on the individual extrafields li tags which I have done with the K2 content listing and the old styleware simply by adding the following code to my template overrides for the module:
field<?php echo $extraField->id; ?>
I'm looking for where to add this to your default template and hoping you can point me in the right direction as I have tried adding it to line 32 of default_extrafields.php as follows but this doesn't seem to work.

<li class="xf<?php echo preg_replace('/^[a-z0-9]+/','',$key); ?> field<?php echo $extraField->id; ?>" <?php echo $style;?> <?php echo $magicSelect;?>>

The domain name (aberdovey-holidays.com) is not currently resolving to the ip address of the new site I am building so I'm only able to give you a 24hr preview link to the site, but I'm hoping my question is a simple one!

To be more precise and avoid confusion/ambiguity in addressing your query, Do you wish to refer to adding individual CSS style for checkboxes seen under heading: Key Features ?

Hi sorry no, I just need the class in the results output, specifically for this item only:

<li class="odd typeTextfield group1">
Pets welcome
One Pet Welcome
</li>

I need to add the extrafield id to that li tag so it looks like:

In the old module I did need it for more reasons, but because your extension helpfully offers the facility to select which extra fields to display in the results, I only now need it for this item.

Try add this to CSS file :

.itemListView .catItemExtraFields ul li.odd.typeTextfield span.catItemExtraFieldsValue{color:#fff !important;font-size:1em !important;}

Thereon, You may add your own CSS declarations and change CSS value accordingly

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect

PS If you can look at the home page on the site you can see how the K2 content listing is set up which shows how I've styled the output. I need to achieve the same look with the filtered results. x

Hi, thank you for your reply. Actually that will work as long as that extra field is the only one using the class "odd" of the textfield type. I had assumed others would be odd as well but it doesn't appear so at this moment, though I feel there could be a risk of it.

I have found the template file that generates the results in:

components/com_k2/templates/ja_k2filter/category_item.php

It works to add the code to this file, but looks like this cannot be added to template overrides. Is that correct?

Probably, This documentation can help to know about creation of template override for various K2 layouts
