Gavick Payment problem

Hello, I have problem with Gavick Payment.

I have paid once in 07.09.2015 and now when I want to download template they want me to pay again.
on websit is declaration: "Download and use our currently-available themes, forever. No restrictions, no limits."

What is going on? How to fix it?
