I have a module published in the top 4 position.

I'd like the white row with the top4 module to be exactly the same height as the green menu row.

how would I achieve that?

Try add this to custom.css file to have definite height for both the blocks and adjust height value accordingly :

section#navwrap, section#topwrap{height:80px !important;}
