Try add this to custom.css file and adjust width value accordingly :
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px){#top-left .moduletable .zt-grid .zt-image img{width:30% !important;}}
Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
It's made it smaller but it's still hovering over the other modules and still 'sticky.'

In reference to your phrases being quoted above and to be more precise and avoid confusion/ambiguity in addressing your query, Kindly confirm if you dont wish to show the respective module in responsive mobile mode or primarily, remove the "affix-sticky" mode
Hi.
It's the module in top-left position that floats over the other modules instead of appearing above. This module can be viewed in mobile view only. At the moment is is floating over the other modules and also 'sticky' so that it stays visible when the rest of the site scrolls down. Is that clear now?
jonburdon1 Hi. The pronlem is that the "top-left" layer is actually at the very bottom of the site so sticking it over was easy, but leaving it on top of content requires some work. Please attach an access to ftp so I'll try to do it for You.
I can move it to another module position if that's easier, but all the rows above the menu seem to have the same result.

You may try and use top4 module position for the specific module which isnt sticky and will position itself above the menu
Otherway, As also suggested by @teitbite, Can you add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look and also review the layout structure of specific preset assigned in template manager
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.
I would be interested to hear how this problem was resolved. I am having what I think is the exact same problem and am about to create a post about it.
