Hi I am not able to remove the index.php from the site.
I have followed this :

The 2 things to do ie url rewrite and rename htaccess I have done but its still not working on Shape 5 Charity.
The site is on the latest Php 7.2 and Mariadb .
I have done the removing of index php on JA templates ,in the past ,without any problems
