Unable to download JA Extension

Hi Support,

I am on JA Pro subscription and it's still active. May i know why i cant download the JA Extensions?

Ja Pro membership can only download joomlart templates and complimentary extensions which means extensions used into templates as they looks on our demo sites - you cannot downloads extensions which belongs to the JAEC Membership which includes all commercial extensions as seen HERE Club Joomla Extensions

Perhaps you should only show in the download area the items entitled for that subscription so as not to confuse users.

With JA Pro, you can download complimentary extensions come with template only like this in JA Donate download section: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-donate
