Extension Manager Update stopped working today

I cannot log in to the Extension Manager Component on any of my sites this morning. Nothing changed on my end. Also, when I try to log into this site: http://update.joomlart.com it gives me the same error. Username and Password do not match or not found. I am using the same username and password that works here in the support forum.

Is there a known issue with the Extension Manager Login today?

We tried to login via JAEM in several sites but it still works normally, kindly share the credentials of your site so we can check.

OK... let's start with something simple.

I logged in to Joomlart.com and went to my profile, and select Update Password.

I entered my old password, which I just used to log in here... and added a new password twice, as required.

I get a message that says I have entered my old password incorrectly.

Also, when I log in to the website here, my username has a space.

But in my profile, and here on the forum, my username has a hyphen.

Maybe this is causing some of the issue with my account?

I don't want to hand out my super admin credentials to a live customer website.

I will take the time tomorrow to set up a quickstart package on my dev server, and let you test it out yourself.

In the meantime, you think you can look into why my user account here won't let me update my password?
