Please edit your first post and add to it your website url and a super user account to access it , we will have a look at it.
pavit ok done...I don't know it this is linked, but my home page is completely broken (ex : medicare-home position is not displayed anymore).
You have a lot of 3rd part extensions installed - for sure one of them is avoiding your backend to load correctly - try to unpublish them one at once until you find the one not compatible -

As i said one of them is creating problems - try to disable/uninstall the one you added latest before it was working correctly.
