I've just installed STOREFRONT template and updated to the latest Joomla 3.9.0 with php 5.6.38. When I edit the template through template manager, all the feature menus, associated with the template, are missing.

Kindly download and update to latest version i.e.3.24 as the Latest version comes with many new features, major updates/improvements and various bug fixes as you have quite older version installed
Would suggest to take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c
If facing some relative issues with the latest version, Kindly let us know in order to assist further
Upgrade Method:
You can install new version directly over this version. Uninstallation is not required.
my problems are related to the latest version 3.24 of the template. I installed it (after buying it) and because it does not work I had to uninstall and reinstall the old version because my site is an online newspaper and always receives visits.

To be precise, Please elaborate on the issue being faced when upgrading to latest version in order to assist with the same or if you are able to see some error coming up while turning error reporting to maximum as outlined here or is it just a blank (white) screen appearing or layout breaking
