Masthead - (Background images/videos) not displayed

Hello,

None of the background images, except on the "contact" and "reservation", are shown on the Masthead.
It was working well on the beginning of the year 2018.
I asked you once at the end of July regarding the issue of displaying the Japanese characters.
However I am not sure if this issue of the images occurred since then or not.
What I did in the last few months are only update of Joomla and slight changes of the texts.
Besides, the uploaded videos in the folder "videos" are not shown if I tried to assign from the module "Masthead".
I appreciate for any help.

P.S.: The site is multi-language, it means that every language pages have same issue.

nagata To troubleshoot, Try update your php version to latest stable version which can be done through cPanel or you may ask your hosting provider to do the update

Thank you.
Now it was updated to php 7.2.3 stable.
The issues remain.
I checked again throughly according to your document once again.
May be I messed up something, but at least, now it is certain that the issue does not come from php version.
Do you have any other idea?

Bit of weird issue as JA Masthead module works fine for different menu items in JA mono on local install

Can you also add the ftp details alongwith format outlined below in edit fields in order to examine the relative issue closely:

Site admin account
Admin panel username/password
Ftp info (host, user, pass)
hostname, username, password

For your information, I uploaded the quick install and I did not install any other extensions except JCE (as far as I remember)

As I can see most of the page are Single Article page, with this page, the masthead will take the full-text image of article to show: http://prntscr.com/lg4hzv

Do you mean that the masthead does not affect/assign the background image for the single articles?
I did not to want to display the "Full Article Image" on the pages.
Then how does it work as "Typography" on your demo site?
What is the difference between my pages and your "Typography" page, which are both Single Article?
It would be appreciated if you can give me further information.

While waiting for your next answer I have been struggling to solve the problem by myself without getting a good result.

Hi Ichiro Nagata,

The 'Typography' page on our demo site has its own menu item and in the backend settings of JA Masthead module, we set an image background + assign to that page specific so it works like that.

You can create menu item for the article page you want and do the same.

I am sorry to say, but that's exactly the same thing which I have been doing many many times.
For testing I set one sub domain and installed once again one another quick install.
I added another single article and assign it it on the Masthead module. It all works OK quite easily.
However my original site is multi-lingual. That is the only difference.
So would you be so kind to try to assign one of my single article from menu with background image on Masthead Module?
"Greeting", "Dinner Menu", "Lunch Menu", and "Drinks" under the English menu are the single articles.
You have already a Login Pass.

I am very appreciated if you could try it.

Hello again,

Until now I received from you no answer (solution) in regards to background-images and videos, in a way which I understand.
But OK, I got it.
It seems like I ask you too much.
Then the last question.
How would you explain the phenomenon like the following screen shot.
Under the JA-Masthead;
- Only single articles cannot be assigned under the menu item.
- No background images are shown only on pages of single articles.

The issue on your site is weird, pls try this way:
- Download latest version of JA Mono 1.0.8
- Install it directly on your site

Somehow it keeps the version 1.0.7 on your site, I don't know if you have any customization in template in current version or not. So please REMEMBER to backup your site and install the latest version of template.
