In the MainContent must be to indicate the category (s).
I have a doubt It must be the root category or do I have to indicate all the subcategories?
In this example, the main category is: "Carne"

It's up to you that decision - it will be showed what you added in category select field , no matter it is a main or sub category after you choosed Inclusive method -

You can test both of them and choose which you prefer for your page.
