I needed to upgrade the template http://www.shape5.com/demo/big_picture/, since I inherited an old Joomla site. I clicked the links within the template manager, was redirected, paid my money then was sent to OT, which was a dead end. I suspect Big Picture no longer exists and is no longer supported. I further assume that Shape 5 is the owner or reseller of OT themes. If my assumptions are correct, I recommend you clean up your site and remove any old template references. I also recommend you have "leaving our site warning" for the unsuspecting buyer, like me.
If my assumptions are incorrect, where can I download the template I thought I just bought?
