Change colors to the button area

I want to change all the background color of the buttons area, from the css changing color to the t3-spotlight-1 I only change the central color and not lateral, I want to color the whole area, the same color must also be maintained in the smartphone display. How can I proceed to assign a different color to the whole area?

Since it is using the T3-wrapper section , i can suggest to use a custom class and add it to your module inside the custom code

If you can provide your super user account and tell us the color to add as background we can build the custom class and add it to your module

change code for custom.css in this way
