Missing elements of ACM module style

Hello, I have tried to duplicate the ACM module Everyone. Everywhere. as shown on the demo homepage.
On my site it's called SPEED DEMONS. You will notice on my site the headings are missing the blue swatches behind and the columns are missing the box outline effect. Is the module style that I need to include? I couldn't see anything in the documentation.
Also, the 'count down' numbers that are the main feature are in fact decimal numbers, ie 31.4 30.5, etc.
These values get stripped to whole numbers when saving the module. Is there anyway to over-ride this and get the decimal numbers showing on the homepage?

I noted your /log folder is unwritable could you change it to writable ?

chmod should be 755 for folders and 644 for files

jross Kindly check now. Ref: Screenshot as # as feature link was required to be added as per module settings defined in documentation in order to get the CSS rule set to be appended which brings in the element styling declaration

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
