updates problem

Hello,
My hosting has a joomla update service (version + extensions) I already did the joomla update but there are 3 extensions that can not update. They did it in a security copy: http://www.giuseppecampo-design.com/testaruba/administrator/.
Then I have a problem with the PHP version of my hosting. If I change the hosting to a higher version than 5.6, it gives me a fatal error. I send you the captures.
Could you solve this problem?

There are some problems on your website

1) To update Joomlart extensions ( 3 updates requested ) you can use Ja extension manager you should install it again because the one you had installed doesn't works

2) There are errors on your Database

"The Joomla! Core database tables have not been converted yet to UTF-8 Multibyte (utf8mb4)."

Best thing to do is first to correct your database utf-8 through phpmyadmin , then switch your php version to a newer release then you can install all the other extensions not installed and not working - content menu item also doesn't works

To see them go to Extensions -> Manage -> Discover and Extensions -> Manage -> Database

May I know how did you upgrade Joomla on your test site? the fatal error seems to come from the core file of Joomla. Try going to Backennd > Components > Joomla update and update there

Also update the latest version for all extensions on your site.

Hello, I did another copy here: http://www.giuseppecampo-design.com/testjohanna/administrator/ and did what you told me and it works with the latest PHP version the and the latest joomla version.
I have only a problem with this 3 extensions: please see attachment.
Login and password are the same.

I used ja extension manager to update listed extensions and it updated all of them without problems , please check now
