Two weeks ago I have got email below from my server provider and today my website wasn't work because of PHP upgrade. from version 5.6 to 7.2.
What should I do to solve the issue? Do I need to update all extensions?

The PHP versions 5.6 and 7.0 are reaching their end of life. PHP 5.6 will expire on December 31, 2018 and PHP 7.0 on December 3, 2018. This means that the security support for these PHP versions will end. The decision to discontinue is made by PHP.net and is beyond One.com's control.
