How to add module above the Component position?

I need to add module position above the component in main body.
Please check the image.

If I add

<jdoc:include type="modules" name="<?php $this->p($vars['position-14']) ?>" style="T3Xhtml" />
</div>

in one-sidebar-right.php which I'm using it its not showing. If I copy/paste the code for right sidebar it shows.
Why it doesnt show this position?
Also, how can I achieve to have that modular option to choose which module position will be shown from the Template Layout editor?

You can kindly refer to this documentation for creating new module position for assigning specific module. Also, You may require to add some CSS rule-sets in order to position the module properly

If still, the module doesnt render in newly created position as envisaged, You may kindly add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.
