Not sure what is going!

Blank page on any article (normal Articles and on K2 Articles)

I update to Joomla 3.9
I installed Plublisher Pro then uninstalled it - Then he Decided he didn't want it for this site.
Checked the Database to make sure all was correct.
cleared cache and cookies

I changed your Home menu item type from Url type to jomsocial home and it works fine by my side - articles and k2 blog items are correctly showed.

Can you also add your ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look as it appears that Publisher pro didnt get uninstalled properly upon reviewing the specific pages by turning error reporting to maximum

For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Would suggest to also take backup of your site before I can try removing specific extension references, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

and publisher Pro should not be in there. I unstalled it.

So sorry I added the ftp. Did a full backup of the website, email, and database.

wanted to add, now when I click on the "Social" menu or do the login, it takes me to a blank screen. I did delete cookies.

You have to SSH in. It's the way 1 and 1 have set it up.

Had been able to access via sftp however, the menu items are reflecting fine now as also informed by Pavit.

To be more precise, You may kindly let us know the direct site link where white screen can still be seen as mentioned in parent topic in order to examine and assist further

It should be fine until you are not seeing the similar error as seen earlier with blank page 🙂

ok also. Now I go to Blog>catagories>"any of them" and when I click on them I get the flowing error: http://prntscr.com/lhefeu

ok have done some REAL digging on this error and cam up with the following.

1.Run the Database fix first.
2. Under the Discover click on all and install any that are there.

This should fix the problem of the 1054 error.

wowakan Quite weird issue however the same relates to db error which should have been fixed with database fix option. Will request other team member also to take a look.

You know I was really taking a look at this. What I think it is is when he uninstall the Arabic language. As far as the languages I have never dealt with this. So this is where I'm 90% sure is the problem. Along with K2. Because if you look at the regular category pages the privacy policy cookie policy they all work correctly. It's anything to do with K2 and languages. Thank you in advance

Kindly confirm if you wish to mention that the relative issue appeared after uninstalling Arabic language. This would help us in narrowing down the issue

Well I know I reinstalled the Arabic language. But looking at the error C. Languages. It's just leading me to believe that's it.

Hi,

I dig deeper on this and find out that the 'K2 Comments' module caused this issue.

I tried to show this module with Protostar template but the same issue happened.

Could you please post the same question into K2 forum for further investigation on this?

At this moment, I temporarily disable this module, it should show fine in K2 pages now.
