if you noticed that the articles (featured) display in the homepage is of a "portfolio style". I have tried to display articles through a module as an example "most read articles" but I do not find how to display them by the same style. like "portfolio". we can display the portfolio style but only through a menu and not a module ! my question is if it's possible to display the same style through a module ?
Portfolio page is built using the extrafields feature as you can see from the documentation page HERE
If you indeed want to use a module instead of articles you can use an external 3rd part extension
