cannot install extionsion

I used JA Nuevo quickstart. then when i click "Install from Web " , it says, Error
Unable to find install package". is there anything missed ?

and even when i want to install the extension, i also got messge "Warning
Warning: Failed to move file: /opt/bitnami/php/tmp/phpr1ozIm to /opt/bitnami/apps/joomla/htdocs/tmp/pkg_falang_293_free.zip

how can i fix this problem?

Hi blue777

You cannot install quickstart on a hosted space which already contain a Joomla installation

Quickstart install at the same time Joomla plus template and it needs of a specific procedure

To me it looks like your zip file may further need to be unzipped if it does not have a valid XML file. Make sure the package you are trying to install has a valid XML file.

or permission relative issue as mentioned here

i think you got me totally wrong.

I was trying to install "extension" not "quickstart". ( the problem with quickstart installation have been overcome.)
and i was also having problem when i click the "add install from the web tab", it doesn;t work.

is this got something to do with the folder permission?

Yes, this could be the relative issue due to which you are encountering such error

Kindly try the troubleshooting steps as outlined in above redirection links. Majorly, Check for tmp folder if it is set to chmod 777 or 755
