You need to click on the location checkbox to get the map code for you location http://prntscr.com/lhmy8p
And use that code in custom html module.
At the moment it seems there is issue in your Google map API as well. Kindly share the page URL on which this map is publish so we can check the exact error.

Its seems you are merging JA Google map plugin inside Jomsocial.
JA Google map plugin is different and work on its own features.

1. You need to create a Google map API key for the current site and add it in Google map plugin
2. You need to add the location information inside the Google map plugin. name, longitude,latitude
3. After that you need to select the location code that you want to show in custom html module.
4. The error you mentioned in first post screenshot is Jomsocial members map not related with JA Google map plugin.

You need to copy the code from map container http://prntscr.com/li2r0y
And add this code in custom html module to Article where you want to show this map.

I can see the error : You have exceeded your request quota for this API. You need to add billing on your Google map API key to use Google map.

For Jomsocial topic, kindly open a separate thread on Jomsocial forum and explain the issue details you have.
