I like to effect to start from the top as the page loads and not when you scroll down the page.
I want people to be able to see the menu without needing to scroll!

when the page load the menu is flat but when you scroll down the page it changes. I want the sticky effect when the page loads! The image above is what happens when you scroll down the page. I want this look without a person needing to scroll!
