Hello, I see that my modules on the homepage do not appear anymore while they are publish and set.

You are using outdated version of template and T3 plugin and ACM.
Kindly download the latest version from here and install it on site https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-healthcare

After update you need to configure the ACM module that are not showing because at this time the ACM module files are not showing on your site so module does not show any output.

I followed your recomandation, however I can not find mom style of original module as the model template. Like the photo gallery and the video player still do not appear while they are published.

I noticed you have not updated the template yet, KIndly update template to latest version 1.0.6 first
so it will load the ACM module style.
At the moment your current template does not have any layout file for ACM module, seems they were deleted on your site.

Kindly update the template to 1.0.6 version : http://prntscr.com/liisaj
And re create the ACM module on site.
