I want to add a legacy article (4. Legacy article page) under a page, but it does'nt work (no menu, no bloc...)
Can you help me ? I want to add a legacy article in volley article.

I'm not entirely sure of what you're trying to achieve here. If it's content, could you put in directly to the current article in that Volley page?
In case that you want to add a new section there, you can use a module and assign it to that page.

1) Module - You can assign a menu module and assign it sidebar-1 module position for specific menu item. Thereon, The specific module shall appear like seen in screenshot alongside main-body area 2) Single article - You can add single article as menu type for specific menu item along with your article selected

But when i click on an item in menu, a new page (article) appear. My goal is to update the right side when the menu is selected (when i click on Tarif menu: keep the page as it, but just load article in right location). Is it possible ?

Sorry but I am afraid that such feature isnt available by default. You can try make use of JA Tabs extension which would enable to load specified modules, categories, contents and even your own defined text in respective tabs or search for specific extension from JED library which could derive your purpose
