Forbidden homepage

Hi Joomlart Friends,
after some time, I have to upgrade my http:// gruppodacs.it (in 'not-published' state), and now in homepage it has a 'forbidden' message!

Also in administrator section it's not possible to go to 'homepage'.
Note: in jabuilder pages, only 'homepage' live-edit' button goes to 'forbidden' page.
It's very strange situation. Any suggests?!

Hi Max,

Could you clarify the changes you made before this issue happens?

I tried to create a normal Joomla article page and see it as Homepage to test but I could not create it also. Something wrong with Joomla on your site.

Hi Saguaros, thanks for reply.
I remember I put that website in a 'suspend' state, not visible at visitors but only at administrators...

Hi Saguaros,
after moving to a new server about this website, it seems now run ok (I have deleted an old index.html).
Weel, I have upgraded it to builder 1.1.6, and it seems all ok...

But with Extensions Manager I have this error (com_jabuilder > Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action! Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.)
In the other menu JA-voices I have "500 - Internal Server Error" after launch upgrade usual procedure...
Please can you see this issues?!

max-santiago Hi this problem may be because of lack of an information about previous versions installed. Try login to our download page, find those templates and download them. When You will have packages, install them manually using joomla installer.

As with every update please make a backup just in case.

what do you mean with "packages"?! Do you mean JA BUILDER or JA OSLO templates or JOOMLA original source?! I have to downgrade some modules or templates?!
Please explain yourself better, thanks very much!

max-santiago Hi. I meant a package of any extension which is showing this issue, so JA Builder in Your case. The version comparison is only possible when there are 2 version to compare with each other. If there is only one, than such error will be shown. Installing another (newer) version manually will make this message not appear.

Thanks @teitbite, issue SOLVED (upgraded to Joomla 3.9.1 and now server with Php 7.2.12.
