Transfer of subscription

I need to get my "Ultimate Developer" subscription, which expires in January, transfered to a different user account. How do I go about this? The reason for the transfer is that it was purchased for a specific project which I'm now handing over to the owner.

Please transfer it to the user account with the email address andrew.winkler@voctech.edu.bn. I can't remember what the username was, but it might be 'SEAMEO' or 'VOCTECH'. I only created it recently, to facilitate the transfer.

As you can see above, I recently got my annual ultimate developer subscription transferred from my personal account 'andrewwinkler' to my work account 'seameo'. Unfortunately, I cannot login with my work account because the email address supposedly is non-existent on your database. It should be andrew.winkler@voctech.edu.bn.
