K2 homepage module

Hi Pavit - as per our other chat- here are the details you need to log into my website

Under what we do on the homepage, the module doesn't work consistently. I want to use the 'title overlay' style but when I do, only one of my K2 items actually appears there and it is not properly animated. For now I am using the bike store setting but I really want to be able to use title overlay http://www.specialtyps.com.au/
Also how do I remove the twitter and pinterest buttons at the bottom of the page? http://www.specialtyps.com.au/index.php/what-we-do

Please check now , i disabled social icons and changed your header module layout

Thanks for sorting out the social icons but the homepage still isn't really working. You just changed it from being bike store layout back to portfolio. Portfolio layout doesn't really seem to be working properly. It shows up as a blank space when you scroll down to it and you have to hit refresh to have each of the modules display. Also, my preference is to use the module mode 'title overlay' which for some reason is only showing me 1 of the 6 k2 items that I have set. I would like to be able to see all 6 as 2 rows of 3. Could you please advise?

Hi simonspecialtyps

If you look at the template demo and also to documentation module should be set in that way , all other settings are not tested and shouldn't be applied.

Quickstart version is released with that configuration .

Ok, even so, whether I use Quickstart or put this module on the homepage on my own it still isn't working properly. The area where the module should be appears blank (www.specialtyps.com.au/) The K2 items still only appear if you refresh the page after you scroll down to it. Why is this happening?
Also - is there a way that the title can appear on scroll over instead of just a link icon?

I installed right now the quickstart version on my local with php 7.2 and Joomla 3.9 , followed documentation to set correctly modules and it works exactly like our demo -

If you have other extensions installed maybe there are some conflicts -

pavit I have no other extensions installed. Literally the only thing installed on the site is the Crrativity template and it’s extensions. It is set up exactly as per the documentation, and it is still not working. I don’t know what I could be missing. Please advise

simonspecialtyps To troubleshoot, You can try to update the following :

1) Template version - Latest version i.e 3.24 as the same comes with several improvements and bug fixes

Upgrade Method:
You can install new version directly over this version. Uninstallation is not required.

2) Php version - Update your PHP version to latest stable version

You can update your php version to latest stable version through cPanel or you may ask your hosting provider to update the same

Would suggest to also take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

I have now updated PHP and updated the template and its still not working. It appears blank when I load the homepage under What we do. The items there only appear if I refresh the page.
Perhaps you could log in and tell me why this not working?

The specific module appears to loading fine now when we open site URL for the first time. Ref: Screencast

Perhaps, You can also try to clear your browser cache if changes arent reflecting
