Mega menu configuration

I am trying to place a module inside a dropdown menu item, but so far no luck. I found the latest S5 Flex Menu plugin and installed it, but I've been unable to get it right. I set up a module in position s5_menu5, set up a menu item that when it is clicked should display the list of categories (the type of module I wanted to appear). So far no luck.

I am using Joomla 3.8.12, and S5_flex_menu plugin 1.1.2. Can you please help me?

The site added in edit fields has JA Diner template assigned. I can see Megamenu enabled - the menu system in T3 framework that provides functionality far beyond what the standard Joomla menu system can provide

You can always load module inside dropdown of Megamenu menu item following this tutorial

I will give it a try, Aman. I just tried (and failed) to get it to work using Modules Anywhere after speaking with Steve at Joomlashack. The failsafe backup plan is to just scrap trying to get a module position embedded. Back to the drawing board... after I try your tutorial on how to load a module inside a megamenu.

I got it working! The method used in the T3 Framework worked. Thank you for heading me in the right direction!
