Changing img padding in child buttom

Hi, i have been trying to add a class to apply this change only to img for image-title in a submenu button:
I want to add padding to center my little flag image with the text in the sub-menu:
padding-right: 5px;
padding-bottom: 3px;

I am adding screenshot of image and the menu item link type

Hello Saguaros thanks for your fast response, i am still working locally,
i will finish in a few more days and when is up and running i can continue this threat and share my credentials

But what i just want to do is to apply padding to the single flag image with out affecting the rest of the images, and i want to know if is possible in the menu item "link type" where i upload the flag image to the submenu button

You can try adding a class for this menu, for example: testclass : http://prntscr.com/jhiagl

And add custom CSS for it:

.t3-megamenu .dropdown-menu .mega-nav > li a.testclass img {
    padding-right: 5px;
    padding-bottom: 3px;
}

Yes I'm sure there would be a css solution using either module position and or using nth child if that doesn't work

Have you tried adding a link class?
