Thumbnail issue when sharing facebook and twitter

Hello all,
I have an issue with my blog on that site mentioned in this post information. When I share a post on facebook or twitter, I don't get the main thumbnail and the title of the article.

Could you please check this issue for me?

Hi,

Do you try to use a 3rd party extension which supports Open Graph? It will help you to control the image shared via social channels.

No, I don't use any 3rd part extension to do that. I want to solve this issue. What should I do now?

You can download attached file > extract the file and copy the php file into this directory: root/html/layouts/joomla/content/fulltext_image.php

To implement open graph tags I'm fairly sure you will need to use a plugin as Saguaros said

I'm fairly sure you will want to add dynamic og tags like images so I would suggest using a plugin

looks like a free option that might be worth a look I did test this for a user yesterday

It requires an image to be added to the folder the plugin points to and the filename has to be named to match the articles id

Opengraph is used by other social channels
