Hi,

For the logo in header, you can go to admin panel of your site > Extensions > Templates > JA Hotel template style > Theme tab > set Logo Type as Text and change the text there: http://prntscr.com/jgfm5a

In the footer, you can change the same text in the custom HTML module in 'footer-3' position.
