NSP GK5 modules won't update articles

When I create a new article, the article shows up in the correct category; but, the article doesn't show up in the NSP GK5 module that references that category. Started suddenly today. Put two new articles in the news category, but the News module on the home page doesn't show either of them.

I reinstalled the NSP module, but that didn't make any difference.

sitemistic To avoid confusion or ambiquity and being more precise, Can you provide module id of specific module type you wish to refer to along with position assigned as you have several instances of similar module type published and assigned

Also, Noticed that your site is using PHP 5.4.45 which is considered obselete so would suggest to ask your hosting provider to upgrade the PHP version. Several reasons stated thereof in link in another forum post due to which PHP version should be upgraded as it can also result in compatibility issues for extensions, too

Updating to PHP Version 5.6 fixed the problem. Thanks.
