JA custom module Glitch "Our Specialty" Module

When updating the "our specialty" module with new content, or additional blocks. The styling changes when you add more than 4 options as expected. But when I deleted the additional options the space remained. And I don't know how to remove the spaces and return the original styling.

I want to know-
How to fix it?
What is the cause?
How do I control it?

I unpublished your old module and created a new one, as you can see it is appearing correctly now - try to add images and text to see if it works as it should.
