I would like a refund, please. The signup page says, "Join Now, No Risk" — I'm having trouble with integration and I like JomSocial but it is acting very buggy and I cannot get it to integrate with any of the themes. The theme editors are not acting right with JomSocial and I just can't take it anymore. Please explain how "Risk Free, No Risk" and then "No Refunds" at the bottom of the same page makes sense?

Please tell me how to get a refund. Alternatively, please change my JomSocial to a PeepSo Ultimate Subscription. They are the same company, as I understand it.

Since all companies are expressing extreme customer satisfaction, 10 days of misery should be worth a refund.

    We have refund policy that covers first 7 days after purchase, however it only applies in case of standard purchase.
    It it made clear at Ultimate Developer page that this special bundle deal is nonrefundable.

    Also PeepSo is not our product so we cannot change as your request.
