Off-Canvas Issue

Need help with off-canvas menu, the parent menu items in the off-canvas sidebar doesn't seem to go to the menu link and when you click it nothing happens.

sjc-admin Hi. Is this a regular menu module which came with Joomla? Can I please know an access to joomla panel to check?

This is the off-canvas menu in purity 3 template. The parent menu items doesn't go to the page example Home, About Us etc... Once you click on it, it does nothing.

As for the credentials to log in, I'm unable to give you it to check due to it being shared with other people within the organisation.

I did an inspection on the menu items on Chrome and I removed the 'data-toggle=dropdown' attribute and it worked, however I need to know how and where to put code to get that done on the website as the Chrome Inspection only works temporarily.

sjc-admin Hi. Sorry for delay, I've lost track of this thread. You can edit Your first post and then You will find a black field where You can place Your credentials. This field is visible only to Joomlart Support.

I still need to login to see this problem. Offcanvas is only a module position, so still some kind of the menu has to be used there. If I would guess than the code may be in /html/mod_module. With an access I will be able to tell exactly where to find it.

Confirm this issue. in T3 blank. My menu is
Home (parent)
|-Link1 (child)
|-Link2 (child)

When in Navigation Dropdown Trigger set on Click or Hover doesn't matter , the megamenu works properly: one click on "Home" opens dropdown plane, one more click goes to link. But in off-canvas menu click on parent menu item does nothing.

Looks like jquery.min.js error
