razakenad For attaining desired results as per your screenshot which relates to custom work request, Can you provide admin/ftp details in edit fields in order to have closer look as I would need to review the layout structure and how modules have been assigned for respective areas in order to try to assist further.

As per layout structure being provided by JA Magz, It doesnt offer that much options for header block in terms of module positions for the specific block. Obviously, I can try to find workaround after accessing your admin panel 🙂
