When trying to update I get the following error:
× Warning Update path does not exist. × Message Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_. × Notice Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation.
Also ; 'Install From Web' tab; still not loading.
bins could you please share your website url and a super user account to access your backend ? i will update them, also please confirm you taked a full website backup.

Ja social_II template latest released version is 1.0.9
Your cache update was searching for a wrong url ( ja_social template ) i cleaned updates cache and now it works fine.

Tested right now ( i'm logged in ) and cannot replicate your issue , i changed settings from general tab and they were saved correctly.

You had plugins disabled
Also you cannot use install from web for joomlart extensions.

Just seen it is now there - how is it you can do this, but I am getting issues? I am on a different PC from yesterday, so it isn't browser/cache issues!

All installer plugins are installed and enabled in our QS Packages - that was something in your website.
