Problem with GK5 News Show

I've used Gavick News Show Pro on a couple of sites but today it seems to have developed a fault?

I have the module displaying articles from the News category by date. However, I've just added an article but its not showing on the GK5 feed?

To check I've published another Joomla core News Display module and the article is showing correctly but nothing I do will get the latest article showing in the GK5 feed?

Yes? I checked this morning and it has appeared? I wonder if this might have been a cache problem?

Is there a "clear cache" option withing News Show Pro's settings?
