Thought this was resolved by updating to PHP 5.6; but, it has recurred.

When I add a new article to the module's source category, the module doesn't show the new article.
This happened suddenly, and after I changed to PHP 5.6, it appeared to work. But, now the problem has returned.
It effects every NSP module. One of them effected is ID 706.

sitemistic Kindly confirm if the issue resolves after upgrading PHP version to 7.0.x

Upgrading to PHP 7 is not an option. PHP 5.6 is stable. What an odd request.

sitemistic Kindly check now as I had published the latest article again as per screenshot from particular category being called and it is reflecting fine for the specific module as per screenshot in line with specific module configuration

I had suggested to upgrade to latest stable version of PHP as it would also indubitably, increase your site loading time apart from decreasing compatiability issues, increasing security, bug fixes, future scalability and various other advantages as also outlined here too.

Conclusively, Upgrading PHP version to 7.0.x would bring in several features/advantages in current and future stage for your site 🙂

Actually, when I added another article, it did not show up. Until I changed the time offset.
But this doesn't really fix things, either. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I'm about to abandon NSP after all these years and find another module that will work consistently.

sitemistic Bit of weird issue as being told by you as the same reflected fine for me after I re-published the latest article from specific category.

Neither joomla or GK cache is enabled in your site due to which such issue could also sprung up. To troubleshoot, You may also wished to verify with your hosting provider if they have some cache service enabled along with asking them to upgrade PHP version to see if that can help?

I'm using the same hosting provider that has hosted this site for years. Nothing has changed. And NSP was working fine. It suddenly stopped working.

I did make the change to PHP 7, but It made no difference, except I got a warning from Joomla that some things were deprecated.

        Hi

Has the module offset always been 12 hours?

I created an article called test and it did show up - I do see several articles with similar publish dates in the category

If you use different sorting does this have any effect?

        Thanks
        Paul

Every time I publish an article, in the code assigned to the module, in this it is seen a lot of time later
