Can you share your active membership details as JA Megastore is a premium product and requires active JoomlArt's subscription to get support or updates.

Can you also please provide screenshot of similar area alike as posted here for reference

marc-fallon The admin panel can be accessed now however, The details provided are of lower access level.

Kindly provide the admin details for super user access level or you may upgrade the similar details provided through users --> manage in admin backend as there are several important tabs which arent appearing due to which unable to troubleshoot the relative issue

Cleared cache, assigned Megastore to menu item, still getting error;
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare modChromeT3Xhtml() (previously declared in /home/ubushy/publichtml/templates/jamegastore/html/modules.php:34) in /home/ubushy/publichtml/templates/purityiii/html/modules.php on line 57

Also now cannot access settings for Purity template in backend, getting;
Call to a member function get() on null

Any new menu item I create and assign Megastore to defaults to the Purity template instead of Megastore.

Yes I believe so, if I recall the timing correctly, I did only install Megastore a few days ago.

marc-fallon Have reverted back the commenting out in modules.php file and reported this with JA Dev. Team. Will revert back as we get an update on the same

Basically, there is no issue when using both Purity III and JA Megastore templates together, a 3rd party extension installed on your site would cause the issue.

I dig deeper on this and found that the problem came from Helix Framework plugin, I disabled it on your site and the assignment should work fine now.
