Im have problem whit upgrade

Hi Staff, I'm trying to use Joomart extension manager, and I get this error: Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action! Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.
Upgrade failure

Can you help me with this?

sergiosp In pursuance with following the documentation excerpt, Kindly confirm the extension you are trying to update via JA Extension Manager as it can primarily be used for updating JA extensions, template with which relative error can be seen

Thank you for your response, but I must tell you that what you answer is not very helpful to me.
Did you notice the problem I indicated?
What makes you suppose that what I wanted to do is an upgrade of the components, modules, plugins and template that JoomlArt does not provide me?
I just want to make a simple upgrade of these extensions, not another thing, if I had to do something outside of what JoomlArt provided I would have put it on the ticket.
I only ask you to help me solve this problem, I do not know how to solve it.

Could you tell me the JoomlArt product which you're trying to upgrade via JAEM (template/component/module/plugin)?

I tried to log into your site to check but the provided info doesn't work, kindly update again.

You are already using latest version of JA Brickstore and JA Builder.
JA Megafilter is part of JAEC membership and as per your membership you can only download and update JA Templates and complimentary extensions.
