How to disable T3 so I can test other templates?

I seem to have an issue. I have selected a default template to try but now I get an error that T3 is not enabled? This template does not use T3 but it seems now that it has been installed no other templates will function? Does this mean I have to uninstall everything T3 related to try other designs?

Joomlart templates needs to have T3 Framework plugin installed , if you want to use other templates then you can unpublish the T3 Plugin and set other template as default template.
