Locked Out

Not sure if I got hacked or locked out. I did install akeeba but I have followed on how to recover from that.
Besides the admin account I have also given you the plesk admin.
It will not let me login on the frontend or the backend.

Please help!!!

It won't let me log into the back end or front end. Keeps telling me account is not available

wowakan You may try resetting your admin password through phpmyadmin or create a New Super Administrator User following the tutorial here

Okay I'll take a look at this I did try and go to into the database. It's not even showing me the correct database and plesk.

Just saying yes to I'm using admin tools brute force stop and a few others. I thought maybe admin tools had blocked me out so I followed the steps to unlock that but it's still locked.

So try to disable Admin Tools on your site first and see how it goes.
