Class 'Joomla\CMS\Plugin\CMSPlugin' not found after installing JA Purity II

After installing ja purity II template i get the message
Fatal error: Class 'Joomla\CMS\Plugin\CMSPlugin' not found in /users/userswww2/e/l/edogouli/public_html/new/plugins/system/sessiongc/sessiongc.php on line 23.
When trying to access my administration site i get the same message.
I' m having joomla 3.8.7 version installed on my site.
How can i resolve this bug?
